Couple Bodywork
A couple bodywork is a wonderfully relaxing, personal experience. During the session, two people receive bodywork at the same time and in the same room from two different therapists.
Chinese Tuina
Tuina is a hands-on body treatment that uses Chinese Taoist principles in an effort to bring the eight principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) into balance. May brush, knead, roll, press, and rub the areas between each of the joints.
Foot Reflexology
The practice of foot reflexology involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet in order to affect various parts of the body. Adhesions in the muscle are very important to address because they cause pain, inflammation and limit motion of the muscles and joints.
Hot Stone bodywork
Hot stone therapy promotes healing by targeting the deeper layers of muscle through the use of heated stones. Combined with regular bodywork, this treatment delivers a wealth of benefits.
